Join our team as a Senior Executive in Client Servicing and take charge of managing client communications, ensuring seamless campaign execution, and fostering long-term partnerships. You’ll work closely with creative, content, and media teams to deliver outstanding brand outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and effective execution of PR and communication campaigns.
- Understand client needs, manage expectations, and ensure all deliverables align with brand strategy and objectives.
- Coordinate with creative, content, media, and accounts teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and projects.
- Prepare and present campaign plans, reports, and performance updates to clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Support the team in managing multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Mass Communication, Journalism, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, brand communication, or account management (agency background preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Bangla.
- A proactive team player with great attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure while maintaining high service quality.
